For me the video below is a well thought out and put together dig at what I have been seeing an explosion of lately social media (Facebook, twitter, blogs). What has been concerning me most about the use of Social Media and personal branding is the “Lack of depth and authenticity”. It is what is causing so many online commentators to rant about its shallowness, lack of substance, affront to the word branding, an attack on the profession of marketing etc etc.

The second month of my blog has gone well. I have posted once a day and I am actively commenting on at least three blogs a day, and have progressed from MOZ rank of 2 to 3, and have a Technorati authority of 91 and after two months already rank by Alexa in the top 1.3% of all websites. My inbound links went from 1 to 106. Twenty two more months to go in my plan for world (blog) domination within my niche (social media and personal branding).The second month of my blog has gone well.
